No follow through. Does not return phone calls and does not submit prescriptions as she indicates. This has happened to me twice. The office scheduled an annual follow-up appointment 3 days early. If not for the audiologist, I would have had to self pay for the testing and appointment. Unfamiliar with medications that are within her purview. A big disappointment sir someone who seems to be nice and attentive.

Worst experience ever! I had trouble finding their office and arrived 5 minutes late. After checking in, I was told that Rachel Strnad decided to go to lunch and I would need to come back. I told them I would find a doctor that has respect for their patients cause she does not. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Find a professional that really cares about people, cause they do not.
