Dr. Penney is a very excellent Doctor. I recommend her highly. She listens if you have any concerns and off hours she will get back to you immediately. Dr. Penney gives a very thorough examination an the staff is very friendly.

Dr. Penney provides the best eye exams. Very friendly and thorough during exam. Will take her time and answer any questions you might have. Office and staff are very warm and welcoming. She has a great selection of the newest frames at affordable prices. Would definitely recommend Dr. Penney to anyone looking for a new eye care provider.

My family member, and current patient of Dr. Penney, recommended her to me after hearing about my terrible experience with my old eye doctor. My first impression was that the office was very clean and well taken care of, and Dr. Penney was exactly how my Aunt described. She was very knowledgeable and caring during the entire visit, and took her time to answer all of my questions. Being someone that doesn't like people near my eyes, I felt comfortable during her check up.

I visited Penney Eye Care in McKeesport/White Oak. Very family friendly eye doctor. Lots of great eye glass selections to choose from.
Staff was kind to me and helped me with all my questions. I would recommend her to family and friends.

Dr. Penney and staff were prompt and efficient. My eye exam was thorough. Dr. Penney clearly explained my floaters amd educated me on possible symptoms to continue to watch for. The selection of frames was excellent. I will recommend my friends and family to this office.

I recently visited Dr. Penney's practice where I was greeted with smiles. Very good experience, clean, Charming, family friendly practice. Dr Penney was very thorough and has a great selection of new and vintage frames. Highly recommended.
