She is one sided and seems to simply want to keep patients on for as long as possible. I was not impressed with her skills as she seems simplistic, unintelligent, inarticulate and shallow. Usually took over a week to return a simple phone call. Also, due to the fact that I'm the father of the patient (in a divorce situation) she has unabashedly sided with the mother. It is very difficult to get any information out of her regarding the counseling progress of my child.
