Worst Provider Ever
Rachel P Helms, PA is THE rudest medical provider I have ever met. I came in as a follow up after testing positive for COVID. She was unsympathetic, unkind and all but refused to offer any suggestions. She accused me of unnecessarily exposing the staff. I made it clear that I had Covid. She did not even examine me at all. Save your money and protect your health go somewhere else if your sick. I’d give this PA zero stars if that was an option.
