Rachel and I have had one meeting on Zoom to help me with my lack of voice strength and clarity. She was terrific! She has a lovely personality, is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and I felt I'd made good progress after our session. I'm looking forward to our next meeting.

Rachel is an amazing provider. She is incredibly empathetic, supportive, positive, and most of all awesome at what she does! Her ability to communicate and make things understandable in such an encouraging way gives me hope that I’ll recover at some point.

Dr Coleman was also very friendly and very gentle. She explained all the procedures throughout the entire visit and never made me feel like l wasn’t following instructions well or lost patience. She was wonderful to work with and when l couldn’t make certain sounds she explained why that might be happening and told me what to do to correct my voice. And it wasn’t only corrections, she also told me when l was doing something well and what was a range of “normalcy” to fall within. I highly recommend Rachel!
