Telehealth
The GLP-1 compounding company Mochi Health assigned Rachel to me. There have been communications issues. She has prescribed me dosages that were different from what I requested without first talking to me and has not been helpful in resolving fulfillment issues with Mochi Health. Mochi Health developed fulfillment problems after the pharmacy they own, Aequita, was reprimanded by the Washington Department of Health for unsafely allowing untrained, unqualified staff to fill prescriptions.I only got a prompt response from Rachel after a credit card charge back.
