Not Helpful
Ms. Bird was rude, argumentative and disrespectful towards my wife when we tried to correct Ms. Bird's misinterpretation of something we had told her. When I tried to explain, she immediately got an irritated look that caused me to pause in disbelief at the blatant show of disrespect. It was as if the correct information wasn't necessary once she formulated her (incorrect) opinion. My wife was very upset by the humiliating experience and will not go back. I certainly agree.
