Rachael charged my daughter $100 for missing an appointment BECAUSE SHE SPRAINED HER ANKLE and was physically unable to get to her office. Then when my college student daughter didn’t pay, Rachael turned her over to collections. I hope it was worth it to her to lose a patient.

Worst Psychiatrist Ever
I saw Rachael for one visit earlier this month, wishing to get refills on medication I use to treat my depression and my ADHD, conditions that have a major impact on my life. However, upon visiting her, she proceeded to only really talk about my diet and how sugar and wheat are slowly killing me and spent the entire session gaslighting and manipulating me. She is an insane woman and is not qualified at all to have this type of power over people. She blamed all my mental conditions on my diet, subtly fat shaming me as well throughout the session, and remained non-compassionate and uncaring, trying to play it off as some kind of attempt to help me. Let it be known as well that I am a not so skinny individual. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to see her.

I’ve been Rachel’s patient for over 6 years. Rachel is the hardest working, most compassionate psychiatric practitioner I have ever known… not to mention she has the most amazing bed side manner… Not only is she amazing , her office manager, Ayonna , is always available and accommodating to my every need. They are the most kindest-hearted people and care! Rachel has even offered to stay late when I was running late for an appointment. Additionally, the office has BEAUTIFUL decor and an online system for payments and appointments. I would recommend Anchored Hope Clinic any day. Thanks for all you do. ??

Most uncaring quack I ever met
I had been stabilized on some medicine for quite some time but due to circumstances quit taking it and had to change physicians. I explained my problems in detail and got nothing but the most uncaring attitude I have ever witnessed. Not only that, but she wanted to completely change my medicines to a class of drugs that had no positive effects on my depression or anxiety whatsoever, and adamantly refused to prescribe me my former medication, which had been documented to be effective on myself. She did this with such smugness that I am still in shock. I cannot express how angry I feel right now, and how so much more trapped I feel as well. These kinds of "doctors" do not care about a patient's wellbeing; it's nothing but a numbers game for them. I might not be alive soon, and if that happens, let it be known that Rachel Pritchett was one of the main triggers. I hope people reading this get the help that they need and deserve. God knows a guy that looks like me won't.

Racheal was my nurse practitioner when she was in Jackson, MS. I couldn't have asked for a more thorough and attentive provider. She helped me get through some of the hardest times of my life and never made me feel rushed. Thank you for everything you did Racheal! Hattiesburg is lucky to have you there...

I've been seeing Racheal now for about 2 years. She has shown a great deal of knowledge and passion for what she does. She is genuinely involved in understanding how each medication has either changed my daily life or changed nothing at all. Thanks Racheal.

So far, I’ve only had one visit with her and although she is a stern, no nonsense type, she didn’t leave me feeling put off or like she wasn’t compassionate towards my situation. She is requiring me to make a lot of changes that I’m not happy about but deep down i know She is right and she leaves me with a sense that things will actually be ok if i just Do what she recommends. It’s been tough and I’m having some not so pleasant side effects, not from medication she prescribed but from being told I had to stop taking what i had been taking for 3 years. She didnt require stopping cold turkey though. She was very understanding of the struggle that was ahead of me and i truly appreciate that. She is planning on weaning me off a medicine that i would prefer to stay on or at least something similar but we will cross that bridge when we get there. I also See a therapist at the clinic so it really does feel like i have A team of professionals trying to help me!

I saw Ms. Pritchett twice. Both times, she recommended me medications that I had extremely adverse reactions towards and had little sympathy for my adverse reactions. In our second and final meeting, I explained to her how bad my anxiety had gotten and her only solution was to “increase the current dosage” and come back in 3 weeks. I explained to her that my anxiety was so severe that I was afraid I would die and I thought I needed something besides a dosage increase on a drug that wasn’t working and she told me to “check into an inpatient facility”. She also never once attempted to treat my previously diagnosed sleep disorder or my ADHD. She had my records from my previous clinic but never once even mentioned a treatment plan for these conditions. She was much more concerned with finding ways to mistreat and increase my anxiety instead. If you value your mental health and dream of getting better, find another provider. Rachel Pritchett is incapable of treating anyone.
