Rachael Tootle, FNP-BC

Rachael is such a blessing to our community. She takes time with all of her patients. When i see her for lab follow ups she marks on my labs, showing me what she is looking at, and what is pertinent. When she sends me to specialists she tries to find one close to my home. Even if her schedule is booked she still squeezes in people when they are sick. She is gently and warmhearted. Everyone who works with her seems happy to be doing so. She is so funny too!!

Rachael is so welcoming. Every time i see her she has a big smile. She is very smart and explains everything "normal people speak" so that I can understand. She always tells me her plans and gets my input on things. She does not order fancy name brand things that no one can afford. She always has my best interest at heart. My whole family loves her.

She's the cream of the crop! She listens intently when I talk to her. She asks good questions and really works to stay connected. We work together as a team to fight my diabetes and cholesterol. She really cares!!

Ms. Tootle is by far the best nurse practitioner I have ever met. She is genuinely caring, and listens to you and your concerns without rushing you. If she isn’t familiar with certain conditions, she asks other doctors, and steps out to read on it on a medical website. She wants to help, and that’s very hard to find. She isn’t judgemental, she doesn’t tell you its all in your head. She is funny. I'll always see Ms. Tootle as my primary care , as long as we are both around .I definitely recommend

Rachael is very thorough. She is kind and has a gentle touch with her care. I have followed her from one clinic to the second clinic because I know she cares about me. I trust her. She takes the time to explain things in "regular English". My wife sees her, as do my grown children and their families. She's a fantastic nurse practitioner and there are too many reasons to list that you should choose her to take care of you.
