Check-in was very efficient and quick. Rachael Mangiore is very thorough and professional. She listened well and answered all my questions. Appointment was not rushed, she took all the time need for my appointment. Rachael assured that everything was explained very well regarding both physical/ medical and the cost and payment of hearing aids. She matched hearing aids to my lifestyle.
