Couldn't disagree more with prior reviewer. My teen son had fantastic success overcoming his once crippling OCD with Rachael's guidence. He was a tough customer at first, after another therapist that he "hated" going to. Finding the right therapist is different for every individual. For my son, Rachael was just right, and we couldn't be more grateful. We have our son back from the mental prison that seemed to steal him away. He has his life back, and is more confident than I've ever seen him. It feels like a miracle. We are so grateful. In our experience, Rachael is kind, patient, serene and exudes a quiet confidence that was the right fit for my teen. If you are looking for someone with a high energy style to keep the attention of a squirmy kid, perhaps this is not the right fit. The chemistry certainly has to be right.

Needs to loosen up a bit. Like an iceberg. When you are interacting with kids, you need to be a bit more charismatic.
