Dr Palmer saw me 2008 due to the fact I saw my daughter Jasmine was smashed by a car I havè tried so hard to get over it but during the holidays I shut my brain off I do Christmas day then nothing till after the new year 2011 I found my son dead in the morning he had a ceasure due to a car accident in 05 I have tried to get over it but I still have nightmares and panic attacks I cant get it together and from lack of trying so I need help I take meds that are important to live thyroid but when my head shuts off I didnt take them now I'm even worse I see the dr all the time and Sara Rinehart want me to see a psychiatrist I saw you when it happened so I would like to be your patient I have federal blue cross and Medicare insurance thank you for your time
