Dr. Qing Dong, MD

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Sounds Pediatric, specifically with Dr. Qing Dong MD, and feel it's important to share my concerns:On June 25, 2024, I requested an urgent appointment for my severely ill 9-month-old child via the health portal. The next day, June 26, 2024, I received a callback at 9:13 am offering an 11:45 am appointment. I asked for 10 minutes to confirm with the child's mother if she could bring him in. Mother calls office back shortly after to reschedule the appointment to 3:15 pm, instructing the clinic not to notify me, the father and initiator of the appointment, which resulted in unnecessarily prolonging my child's suffering by an additional 4 hours.This miscommunication and disregard for parental involvement in appointment scheduling are concerning and unacceptable. I expected better coordination and communication from Sounds Pediatric, Dr. Qing Dong MD, a pediatric clinic entrusted with children's health.I hope my feedback prompts Sounds Pedi
