Priya Patel was a pleasure to meet with. She took the time to understand my issues and put me on a path of recovery without having to use pain killers. I have never felt better. I am sad to see that I can no longer visit her at OrthoCarolina as she was one of my favorite providers.

I left today's appt. feeling unheard and defeated. Minimal eye contact and often cut me off while I was describing my pain. My main complaint was my back yet she completed a 20 second exam that targeted my neck. It was evident that I was disappointed. She was rude enough to say, "well what were you expecting from this visit?" I want to be cured not just medicated. I want someone who's thorough, who will listen, and explain recommendations without rushing out the door! I cried on the way out.

Does not listen. Was in a hurry. She left the room saying that she was going to schedule my appointment for a spinal epidural. She never returned to the room to give me a date for my procedure or any update. Instead a nurse came in and told me that they would get back with me on the appointment that afternoon when they were able to schedule it and it's been 3 days now and I've recieved no update even after calling to check myself. Do not waste your time going to see her.
