After having a psychiatrist that didn’t listen to anything I said or my concerns, Polina was my savior. She listened to everything and came up with a treatment plan that had been extremely effective. I didn’t know I could feel this much better. Polina is very knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. She informed me about different medications I could take and other supportive modalities and did not pressure me to take any one direction. She was more than willing to adjust medication as needed, given the management of my symptoms. I felt engaged with and listened to as we worked together on my care in a way I don't think I've ever been. She was an instrumental part of my care team, and she changed my life for the better - I am very grateful I had the luck of Polina being my doctor for as long as she was.

Polina is my favorite psychiatric professional of all time. She is very intelligent and caring, and took a holistic approach to my problems that went far above and beyond the traditional psychiatric approach of 'throw every pill at the problem until it's fixed'. From speaking with her, it's clear that she is very passionate about psychiatry and helping people, and spends time staying informed with new developments in treatment. All in all, Polina did a phenomenal job with my psychiatric treatment for several years. Although she's a PA, I received better care from her than any psychiatrist I've seen over the last 15 years. I cannot recommend her enough, I hope to continue being her patient in the future.
