Pleshetta Jackson, FNP

I love going to Pleshetta, she explain things in a way that people can understand. She also listens to her patients complaints and doesn't just tell you what is wrong with you. She has helped me with several medical problems and we have worked together to correct them.

I've heard plenty of complaints of this nurse not listening to patients and went myself and have also experienced her not listening or doing an actual check up.

I saw her because my PCP was not available. She was very nice. Went in for a sore on my cheek and she x-rayed my nasal cavity??? Told me nothing about the sore on my face. She could have recommended me to a dermatologist but did not. After contacting my PCP, he made an appt with a dermatologist and found out the sore on my cheek was cancer. Had it removed with 2 weeks. The cancer spot grew from a pinpoint size to a nickel size and grew rapidly. Had she recommended me to a dermatologist, the cancer would not have been so large. Now, because of her incompetency to not recommend me to a dermatologist right away, I have a 3” incision on my face from the removal of this cancer. I will not be seeing her again for anything. She should have done something about the sore on my cheek because after all, that is what I went in to see her for, and not my sinuses. This is unacceptable for a NP. Very disappointed in her practice.

First Time I’ve felt understood. Pleshetta was so attentive and took her time discussing my history and provided options for me. She’s truly amazing. I left feeling so good. I’d recommend her 10000%

Dr Jackson was so professional, polite, attentive and completely easy to talk to. She didn't seem rushed and just ready to dismiss me. She gave me options while making sure to discuss my history of meds. She even left an invite to reach out in the future if I didn't feel better. I'd refer her to anyone, she's awesome. 10 stars ?? if possible.

Dr. Jackson is amazing she very attentive and makes you think that you are a family member
