Look Elsewhere
Seemed okay at first, but disorganized sessions where she dominated the conversation made it hard to find any benefit. Sessions became toxic as soon as I had a difference of opinion on one topic and worse when I tried to speak up for myself. She tried to turn things around on me with gaslighting, passive aggressive comments, labeling me, mocking, etc. I found a new therapist and shared about my experience as a client of P Bowman, and the new therapist kept saying, "Oh my god!" and stated how shocking it was.
