Phuong Ho, PA

Totally unhelpful, unpleasant, condescending. Had to wait an hour past my appointment time (which I didn't mind at first because the receptionist was nice) just for her to say less than 5 words to me, swab me, and then turn to run out the door without even asking if i had questions (I did). Basically had one foot out the door and couldn't even turn to look at me while she said basically 'what do you want me to do about it' when I asked about chronic yeast infections. Waste of time and money and she doesn't even know what she's talking about. Had to consult another OBGYN to confirm that what she told me wasn't even true. So she's not only unpleasant, but she's also plain wrong. Seen her 3 times and she continues to raise the bar for the worst obgyn experiences I've ever had. I never leave reviews but I'm still thinking about this a week later because she pmo that bad.

I was pregnant 6 weeks and I did a pop smear with her and I had a lot of pain during the procedure because she was very tough and the blood exploded there during her process. After 2 days I had a miscarriage. She seems no proffessional and she doesn’t deserve her to practice neither the license.

I had come from having surgery and she was my GYN doctor, she denied me pain medicine and refused to give me a doctor's note for work because ' I needed to go back to the hospital I had surgery at for a doctor's note just saying I couldn't lift anything heavy at work. She is very rushy, does not seem to care about her patients. To send your own patient home to figure it out is crazy to me. My mother called and reported her for how she treated me. Run don't walk!

She voiced the results of my test out loud, with the door open, she's really rude, look for better obstetrics health care professionals ladies.

This lady is very nonchalant. She doesn't seem to care about your problems and brushes it off as "you're too young" to be having this issue. She was very rough doing a pap smear on me. I told her can she be gentle and she made a joke about the pain. I would never go back to her. The only reason I made an appointment with her is because another gyn doctor left from this location.

Hit or miss with Phuong Ho. Sometimes she is nice and other times she isn't. Second time I got my Pap smear done I was scared to get it done because she was extremely rough and made me feel uncomfortable. She is nice on occasion and not so nice sometimes. It depends on her mood. Wouldn't recommend because she hasn't provided me with the care I needed on a few occasions. Disappointed.

Excellent communication skills. Friendly and takes time to evaluate and responds to all the questions and concerns. I highly recommend pa Phuonh Ho.
