Philly is awesome. I have bad habits that affect my health. She acknowledges my down falls but doesn't press it more than acknowledging it. She is an awesome

She definitely has a kind and caring personality. She is very professional and knowledgeable about what she is doing. I would highly recommend her.

Philly is very knowledgeable and thorough. She takes enough time with you that you know she cares about you and what is going on with you. She never degrades you and allows you to know all options available and gives you time to make informed decisions about your health.

I find Philly extremely helpful and takes her job and your health seriously. When I needed something immediately - she responded quickly. I'm not a fan of reviews since usually only big complainers tend to leave them - and usually they are the ones at fault I find.

I was disappointed when my regular doctor of 12 years moved out of state. Philly Wall was recommended by a friend, and she has taken over my care for the last year. I am thankful to have found her. She listens to my concerns, is knowledgeable, compassionate, and I trust her advice on medical decisions. I have never felt rushed, and I like the team approach their office employs. I was very surprised to read some negative comments on this site. My experience has been the complete opposite.

My husband and I see Philly and we both really like her. She takes her time with our appointments and really seems to care.

Came in with concerns, she asked a lot of questions and then took blood. After not finding anything except elevated white blood cells, she diagnosed me with fibromyalgia. She prescribed medications and said it was one thing but later it turns out it was something else. I took the medication for months with no improvement. At each follow up, she just increased the medication. I questioned my diagnosis but she insisted it was that. Months later, after going elsewhere - I find out it may be cancer.

Every time I have been seen I have waited over an hour. The visit was very awkward and I felt like she was judging me. During the appointment I felt like I wasn't really being heard. The examination wasn't close to being through and when I left I felt more disappointed than before I came.

During my appointment with Philly Wall I clearly stated that Birth Control pills is the ONLY medication I am currently taking, and assumed she'd take over sending refills to my pharmacy. Yesterday I called the office inquiring on my refills that I will need next week. SUPRISE!!! - I am JUST NOW being told Philly Wall DOES NOT BELIEVE (!!) in birth control; hence - DOES NOT PRESCIBE IT!!! How they'd not tell me this BEFOREHAND?? How does she get to practice medicine in Iowa altogether???
