Very thorough, direct, informative, & congenial.
Called for first appointment due to worrisome condition: next day examined/treated/informed. Everyone was very friendly & professional - from front desk, medical staff to Dr. HOLZER, himself - took time to answer all questions, & suggested “Dry eye mask” (it works/feels great, & as Dr. informed, stimulates natural tear ducts so much that it takes a few minutes to regain clear vision). Scheduled next exam to refresh eye glass script/check for macular degeneration, glaucoma, cataracts. Thorough exam, & Dr. warns you prior to administering eye drops & what their affect (& coloring on facial tissue) may be.
