Pharnethia Jackson, NPC

I recently had the privilege of being treated by Pharnethia Jackson, NP at Sentara, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and compassion I received. NP Jackson is an outstanding healthcare provider who goes above and beyond for her patients. From the moment I walked into the clinic, the staff greeted me warmly, setting a positive tone for my visit. The professionalism and kindness demonstrated by every team member were truly remarkable.

I had been a patient of hers for years. I was placed with her because my physician left the practice. As the years progressed she downplayed my medical conditions for coming to see her. She downplayed my drug allergy list. She stated it was fine to take those medications. Her attitude continued to decline. My medical documents were filled out incorrectly. I would not recommend her for any long term care.

I liked her originally she seemed liked she cared. Yesterday I had an appointment for paperwork that was filled out incorrectly, Checked in and went to room, told I did not need an appointment the paperwork was at the front desk by the nurse. Gave the FMLA paperwork to the nurse that needed a correction. Was escorted to the front nurse gave me the FMLA paperwork after a few min Jackson did not have time to refill out the page and just made corrections on the page. When I got home the paperwork she had at the front desk is a copy of the incorrectly filled out paperwork I was given 2 weeks ago. The paperwork was originally dropped off in May, in July I asked about the paperwork I was told it had already been filled out. When I went back into the office in the end of August it was dated the beginning of August. Why was my appt canceled if she did not have time to refill out one page, and nothing was done to fix the original paperwork that was filled out wrong. 09/15/2021 Appt date
