I expect very little from counselors because psychology alone can't improve one's life. But I have always seen one when in need of feedback and advice. I don't expect miracles. But Mr. Hopkins provided absolutely nothing -- no insight, feedback, advice or referral. He was totally unapologetic for this uselessness, assuring me that his training was relevant to my fairly-common problem. I hope I caught Mr. Hopkins on a bad day, but found him to be aloof, incoherent and useless.
