My entire family has been going to Dr. Dunn since about 1990. We have always had such a wonderful experience. Dr. Dunn is now working with his oldest daughter Dr. Taylor Dunn, who is also amazing! The office is truly a family environment, I could see how proud Dr. Dunn was of his daughter and her accomplishment. Both the doctors and staff have always taken great care of my family and I and I've never received anything less than their BEST! I would advise anyone looking for a new doctor to go here. Especially during this pandemic, Dr. Dunn and the staff always wore masks and were taking all the precautions needed to protect their patients.

I personally had a wonderful experience here! The staff are extremely friendly, and Dr. Dunn clearly has my best interest at heart. He is VERY knowledgable and always makes sure I have all my questions answered before leaving his office. I can't sing his praises enough!

I will start off with the positive. The eye care technicians were very friendly. The experience with Dr Dunn turned negative when he nearly insisted on shoving a contact in my eye. (I having been wearing contacts for over 25 years so I think I am pretty efficient at it). The worst part of this was his comment: "I can put it in quickly, if you put it in I'll have to move on to the next patient and make you wait until I come back". Very condescending comment and it took me all of 20 seconds to put the contact in my own eye. After I get out to the desk to pay my co-pay for the exam which I am expecting to be $10 per my insurance. The woman at the desk tells me I owe $131. Again, I have been wearing contacts for 25+ years and I have never been charged anything close to that when I had insurance (It has always been $10-$20). The crazy thing is they billed the insurance company $219 and then forced me to pay $131 in addition because I had a "premium" exam. They didn't dilate my ey

Very unprofessional, condescending, and rude. Little to no actual care for you as a patient, just wants your money. Stay far away from this one!

I have been a patient of Dr. Dunn's since I was a child in the late 1980's and have had nothing but positive experiences in his office. His staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He consistently provides accurate prescriptions for both eyeglasses and contact lenses and answers questions & concerns clearly and concisely. I have referred him to several family members and they have also been pleased with his office and services. Highly recommended!

Customer retention is not important from Sharon at the front desk. When I told her that I wouldn't be back, she told me "ok have a nice day".

Prescriptions for contacts and glasses not accurate or comfortable. Overall bedside manner of staff not great. Dr. Dunn missed a couple of medical issues, minor, but were adding to discomfort. Went to another doctor and night and day difference in staff and treatment.

Went to him for glasses and after two attempts of getting the prescription right, he said he is not willing to correct his mistakes. Had to threaten with small claims court to receive a refund for his negligence. Still waiting on a response.
