100% satisfied with care and knowledge of my APRN. Efficient, personable and knowledgeable - she made it a point to get neccesary info so she could (and did) follow-up with the other medical office regarding a previous MRI and added the results to my health record.

Scheduling
I had a meeting at 4 pm, and she showed up at 4:40. A clear indication that she has no respect for my time. When I called the office, the front desk informed me that she typically runs late. I have no issue with someone running late; I do have an issue sitting online for almost an hour waiting for someone.
