Penelope is the definition of a mental health advocate. I was struggling for weeks to find a therapist and reached out to anyone or any platform I could find. Penelope saw how much I was struggling, and even though she is not in-network she went above and beyond to try and find me help. The process of finding a therapist is extremely discouraging, and Penelope is well aware of that and will do anything in her power to ensure you are receiving care, even if she is not the one. There are far too many individuals in the mental health field that do not reach out and express their concern for your wellbeing, but Penelope goes out of her way to follow up and go the extra mile. It honestly makes me so happy that Penelope is out there assisting others. She truly is a wonderful human.
