She walked in the room, did not introduce herself or say hello, and immediately started shaming me on an injury that occurred at work. Did not examine me. Was degrading, slammed the chart a few times, and appeared manic. She did not evaluate my work restrictions, and dictated that I “requested “ they stay in place. False charting, and charged my employer for services she did not even provide. Whatever put her in a bad mood that day, she sure took out on me.
