She has been my MH nurse/practioner for 5 years. She is easy to talk to, attends to responsibilities promptly and correctly. She listens to you and provides the appropriate level of feedback for the situation. I find she is very competent, consistent and available.

I've been seeing mental health professionals for 18 years in total. Never in my life have I had a mental health professional assume so much after speaking so little. I don't recommend taking anyone seriously who acts like they can read you after only speaking to you for 2 hours total. It takes a little longer than that to get to know someone well enough to read them that deeply. When I told her why I felt she was incorrect, she got very defensive. Very unprofessional. A know-it-all.
