Pros: Flexible scheduling, good listener. Good for self-directed patients who take initiative in conversation. Flexible w/ telehealth - video or phone OK. Cons: Occasional communication issues during appt. due to language issues. Not her fault but sometimes things get lost in translation and can be frustrating to spend time explaining. Sometimes did not provide feedback or adequate follow up. Conservative perspective may be a pro or con for you depending on your preference. In the beginning, she had good insights and decent suggestions to help me with stressful situations. However, with later appointments she was only interested in showing up and listening, but not with providing feedback or meaningful insights. Good if you want someone to rant to and nod/smile, but not really what I was looking for. Many suggestions were what you could find online - journal your thoughts, rate your mood each day, get a hobby. She would suggest things but rarely follow up about progress unless prom
