Avoid. I Worked with Pauline Bailo for a few months. I liked her, she helped me through a lot and I felt I made progress. In early September I had an appointment(one in which I was counting on having) to be told that she gave my appointment away because I didn’t confirm, when I have a text of her confirming the appointment to me! I am in therapy for confrontation issues and lack of confidence, and having this experience with Pauline definitely made things harder for me as I am now too uncomfortable to make an appointment. Don’t waste your time
