Went in for a minor cosmetic procedure. The first visit didn’t work, went in for a second visit (paid both out of pocket). However, after the procedure my insurance was billed for another full visit because I asked her to check the healing of a procedure I had from Dr. Glassman two weeks prior. I was told to do this by a technician in my previous visit. I appealed the charge twice which was denied. Ms. Crouse failed to inform me that asking ANY questions would be considered another office visit. She never told me I was going to be charged. I found this to be very insulting and unprofessional. I will never go back to her or that practice again. She needs to learn how to communicate with patients and politely inform them that their question would be considered another office visit. I have also reported this incident to my insurance company.

This is the place to go! As someone who has spent much time in the sun over the years, I pretty much dread this annual check-up. However once I’m there I wonder why that is because the staff is top notch…kind, professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Facility is spotless. Wait time is minimal. For me it was and is an excellent experience. I feel good about recommending it so highly.

Lina offered suggestions and then recommendations after we thoroughly discussed my circumstances. Talking with her was very comfortable and easy as I did not have to “pull” info out of her - she was open with information. She provided a clear list of treatment options from OTC products to prescriptions to lasers. I highly recommend Lina.

Ms. Crouse was thorough, definitive and reassuring in her diagnosis and treatment plan. Her assistant, Anna, was friendly, courteous and helpful.

I went for a long overdue dermatology check-up. There were a couple of suspect small growths found, one of which was removed and sent off for biopsy. I was able to get an appointment in less than a week, and the whole process was efficient and reasonably quick. The waiting area was busy, but everyone seemed to be flowing in and out quickly. My visit was not rushed. They took their time and talked about everything before and during the exam. They were professional and compassionate. When I experienced a bit more pain during the initial local anesthetic injection than I was willing to take, they stopped immediately to give me time and let the anesthetic do its magic. Everything went well and I felt like I was in good and competent hands.

Late in the day before Thanksgiving, she accepted an appointment to correct an urgent care docs view if my ailment. She quickly diagnosed and prescribed proper med, and sent it to my pharmacy. Fast, efficient and correct. All in a very friendly manner. Saved my weekend +

Brilliant! Personable, knowledgeable, communicative and efficient.

I have struggled to find a dermatologist that I was confident in since I was a teen. Dr Crouse is perfect. She responds to needs based on risk, seeing me for a biopsy right away, even though I was a new patient. She did the surgery to remove the cancer, and it was a beautiful, clean wound. I had strange developments - not infection - 2 months later and she saw me promptly and correctly discerned I was reacting to dissolving sutures (not more cancer). She prescribed a steroid, and it is working. Does it seem strange that this professional and responsive treatment took 50 years to find? It does to me …but I am very happy I found her, and she is young enough that she can be the last one I ever need.

Everything and everyone associated with my appointment was professional and efficient! My brother in law was having a procedure at nearly the exact time. I was allowed to visit and still saw the physician on my time. I was greeted by the receptionist with a smile and the attending nurse/technician was a fabulous gentleman. I was checked from head to toe and given a clean bill of skin health! Thank you Dr Crouse and young fella!!! I appreciate the five star service!!!

Not the most pleasant dermatologist appointment but Paulina made it as good as it could be.

I had a suspicious growth that came on very quickly. The provider carefully examined that growth and did a full body examination to check for any other problem areas. I ended up with biopsies in three areas and two of them were cancerous. I thought Paulina was very thorough.
