I sought treatment with Dr. Banford for for difficulties adjusting to some changes in my health.I followed with her for almost two years, at which time I was feeling much better and decided I was ready to stop therapy. Dr. Banford was helpful from my first visit, and I felt like she helped me progress to where I wanted to be with my mental health, and other goals.
