Horrible
Telehealth
Okay for starters I was left hanging I had an appointment today they canceled it on me and rescheduled it on me without my knowledge and that's my fault now when I say I need another provider I have to wait till Tuesday I would be going to the hospital by tonight so I recommend you do not use this doctor she does not care about her patients at all

Extremely professional and caring
I had a great positive experience with Ms. Taylor. She has helped me through out my treatment with great outcomes. I highly recommend her. An amazing person and very caring and knowledgeable.

Puts patients in danger
Impossible to get in contact with, and when you finally do, she tells you she’ll do one thing then does the exact opposite. I went days/weeks without meds, she changed her number with zero notice, missed two of our appointments and is generally completely disorganized. This is dangerous for patients who take medications daily. If you don’t have the capacity to properly treat your patients, stop taking them on.

Avoid her!
Her office has cancelled my initial appointment twice, with no explanation. Today they cancelled two minutes before. That is ridiculous, I got childcare to just find out that they were not seeing me TWO minutes before. Reaching out to someone makes you vulnerable and to have this service is ridiculous! I will not be scheduling, and do not recommend.

cancelled therapy
Her office made no attempt to contact me about cancelling my first appointments. They didn’t call me to say it was cancelled and I only found out after driving there a half hour. As someone who is just starting therapy her office has truly thrown me off from the experience.
