Paula Mantei is warm and personable. I have a rare, chronic disease that requires frequent and complex medical supervision. She interviews me carefully to determine which specialists I need to see and studies my many medications quite thoroughly when there are changes, protecting me from interactions and reducing the number or amount I must take when possible. Despite this illness being chronic, she remains upbeat and positive, which really helps. I always look forward to my appointments. She's a real treasure!
