I LOVE Dr. Paula. She is patient and willing to listen and work with your personal struggles whether they are individual or couple challenges. If you go see her, be patient for the first 3-4 appointments. She is like a great Steven King novel. She does a lot of invisible set-up in the beginning, but her wheels are turning and your story will develop over time. I can say with 100% certainty that she saved my marriage. And my husband and I are polar opposites with opposite struggles. She is able to connect to and reassure both of us.

My husband and I both worked with Paula for about 6 months and it had a huge impact on our marriage even in the short time we worked with her. She was compassionate and empathetic. She never made you feel judged and she was very neutral with both parties which is very tricky in couples counseling. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to work on their marriage.

Paula put both Karen and I at ease immediately and we were comfortable relaying our personal activities. Paula was empathetic, related anecdotes to clarify concepts and always managed to bring "off topic" subjects back to an aspect of our challenges. She was positive and encouraging us without patronizing.
