Paul is the best at therapy massage anywhere to be found. He is able to get circulation to places and then loosen things, muscles and joints and get you feeling [healing] up again. I don't know what I would be like now if wasn't for Pauls /MonroesWellness Program. David

BEWARE: he touched me inappropriately and subsequently had to report him to the medical board. Please, especially if you're a woman, be careful.

Best massage I've ever had in Seattle, and I've lived here 30 years. He really listened to what I wanted and needed,and was very open to feedback during the massage. Great training and technique!
