Thorough when explaining a particular ailment. Is very well informed and sympathetic. Takes time to explain and never rushes through the appointment. Simply wonderful!

Dr. Sullivan saw my daughter for several months for what he diagnosed as a sprained ankle. A month in to her care he ordered an MRI. We had that done right away and continued to see Dr. Sullivan for several months. Three months after the MRI and several subsequent visits to dr Sullivan for continued pain and discomfort, he finally read the report summary of the MRI. She had 2 ruptured ligaments which required reconstructive surgery. I could not believe he never actually read the report. His failure to read the report and summary caused a 3 month delay in surgery, 3 months of additional pain for my daughter and totally destroyed her summer plans. He made no acknowledgement of his failure to look at the report summary. When I complained to Rothman, they said his actions fell within their acceptable standard of care.

Dr Sullivan is thorough when he explained my condition and the options for treatment. I have every confidence in him.

Dr. Sullivan is the best! An expert Podiatrist who preformed a painless procedure (worst part was wearing the boot) after but well worth the comfort I experience when I stand or walk! Great job!

I am happy to review and recommend Dr Sullivan and Rothman Orthopedic. I came in for a yearly diabetic foot exam. The office is in a newer building and I was impressed with the cleanliness and updated office. All of my appointments were timely with little wait time. I have had this done before but after the usual foot X-rays, Dr Sullivan referred me for bone density and MRI. Given that I am getting older, the extra exams are probably warranted. Dr Sullivan has a warm and caring personality and takes time with the examination. I always felt included in the visit. He is thorough and makes sure to give referrals to fill orthotic prescriptions. I am particularly impressed with this because I am new to the area. I definitely recommend Dr Sullivan and will continue to be his patient for my podiatry needs.

I was very pleased with seeing Dr. Sullivan he explained to me what was going on with my ankle & foot & recommended a solution to the problem in trying first before maybe having to maybe look at surgery as he was a bit concerned about my injury.
