Dr. Silver is honest, practical, and extremely smart. A wonderful psych and person. Will tell you both when things are insignificant and when they are dangerous. A varied and extensive background in CBT therapy provides him with insight into nearly every human experience (ie, 20,000 individual counseling sessions). Cheerful and affable. I've seen or talked with many therapists and his is far and away the most useful, insightful, and gifted.
