I have never been so disrespected in my life. I arrived for my appt and waited 20 min for someone to acknowledge me. The secretary was on the phone with a new patient, and no one showed any interest in me. Finally, Brie came out and reviewed the info on a questionnaire I filled out on-line. Next came Dr. Fascioli. He never cracked a smile. He never showed compassion or empathy for my symptoms. He only wanted to talk about how good he was. He suggested an MRI and back xray. I told him i just had that back xray 6 weeks ago, and I would be glad to obtain a copy. He said that since I didn't want to go along with his plan, he didn't want me as a patient. I was so taken aback, I clarified by asking, 'Are you saying that since I don't want to repeat an xray that I had 6 weeks ago thus exposing myself to unnecessary radiation, you refuse to treat me?' He said that's right. And he walked me out of the office.If you want patient-centered care from a compassionate provider, don't go here.
