As a victim of early sexual abuse and a recovering addict, I've spent a lot of time in therapy and as good as others were none of them had the empathy and true caring that I experienced with him. We originally went to him because my wife had an autoimmune encephalitis and we spent hours talking about how to support her, then one day he turned to me and said, "what about you?" We started splitting the sessions between supporting my wife and what I need to grow and thrive. He was amazing. Since he left Daybreak I've tried 3 other therapists and discontinued with all 3. Paul has spoiled me.

I would never recommend Paul to anyone! I first met with Liz for 1 hr and she was very nice. I answered all her questions & she wrote everything down, Then she brought Paul in & talk about a nice appt turning real bad real fast! Paul wanted to change my pills (I've taken the same pills for many, many years). His approach was horrible & I felt attacked/defending my needs with Paul. So it turned into a very long, upsetting appt & I left in tears. Paul needs to learn some people skills.
