Came in for a hearing test and advice on replacing one lost hearing aid. Left very impressed and satisficed, he spent time understanding what the request really was and defining options. Hearing aids are expensive, his detailed explanations took away some of the sticker shock. An immediate fix was posable and his detail to finding the unknown by looking into the device with a unknown issue made for a welcome relief. A simple tune up made it even better. Thanks, Doc
