I have been seeing Paul for the last 4 years. Paul has always helped me better understand and ultimately manage the stress in my live both professional and personal. Without even realizing it, my conversations with Paul stealthily changed the way I processed and dealt with these situations for the good (like a mental ninja). Overall, I sincerely enjoy my time speaking with Paul and would recommend anyone to see Paul for help.

I started seeing Paul during a difficult time in my life, and I have been seeing him for years since. He has been an unwavering source of motivation to be the best version of myself. He understands the delicate balance between sending patients in the right direction with honest counseling while catering their individual needs. In addition, Paul is always responsive and professional. I truly believe that anyone who sees Paul will have a meaningful experience.

Paul and I were “set up” by my mother almost four years ago. I am now 23, and tangibly see that Paul has been a large part of my overall happiness and bettering of my mental health. I feel he has a really special understanding for young artists, and independent East Coast implants. If you are looking for someone to help guide you with real genuine conversation - rather than “how does that make you feel”- Paul is a great person to confide in. He uses a lot of television, movies, book scenes etc. as references to everyday life, which actually has helped me expand my interests, and when there are weeks when not too much is happening in my life, I still feel like my appointment time is being well spent.

He talks about himself way too much without being asked, even in the very first session. Was not doing much as a therapist and charged way too much.

Dr. Josephson is one who truly cares. The patience, empathy and perspective he has for the complicated an high achieving New Yorker is certainly a valuable rarity. Professional and attentive, I highly recommend him to help design a path of peace and wisdom to help you on your way.

I have seen Paul for several years. He has helped me to a more fulfilled and happier place in my life. He is a skilled and compassionate therapist. I have sent friends and colleagues to him as well and have always gotten back wonderful feedback. I would recommend Paul without hesitation.

I have been seeing Paul for quite some time. He is an empathic and talented therapist. He has always encouraged me to fully accept and be myself. One difference with Paul is he urges me to be independent and to pursue ways of healing myself and to not be dependent on him. I highly recommend Paul.

Very nice and engaging person, seems to keenly listen and show interest, but in the longer run applies a lassez-faire approach and does little true professional work. Charges way too much for the service and interventions provided and does not stand up to his promises and image. Often self-discloses a lot unnecessarily. Pleasant but so-so as a therapist.
