I’ve been seeing Dr. Johnston for years because treatments relieve back and neck pain. He and his staff are always polite and professional .

Always on time with scheduling

Went to Dr. Johnston because I had read he was doing a technique to help with "bad" knees. Had x-rays done and then came back for consultation and a treatment. I decided to go with the 32 treatment plan. I am now on maintenance follow ups. My knee is great. I can walk without pain and can walk up and down stairs. It is amazing. Before my knee hurt to stand on it, walk and even sit for long periods of time and when I would sit, I had a sharp pain under my kneecap that would radiate down my leg. It is so nice to not have pain and be able to get u p from a chair and not be stiff and not have pain when I walk or stand. Dr. Johnston and his staff are amazing. Very caring and his office runs very well. I have never been in his office waiting long because the appointments are scheduled very efficiently. Once you are in a room, Dr. Johnston comes in quickly and he always takes time to see how you are doing and never makes you feel like he is in a hurry. Same with the girls very personable.

I started going to see Dr. Johnston back in May of 2022. My knee had been bothering me for about two years. Dr. Johnston did manipulation and cold laser therapy on me and it was amazing! Within a couple of months I was out of pain and feeling like myself again. Dr. Johnston is very knowledgeable and skilled and the staff is very friendly!

A friend recommended that I see Dr. Johnston after I hurt my back. I called and made an appointment for the end of the week. The next day, they called me and said they had a cancellation and got me in right away. Dr. Johnston examined me, took x-rays, and took the time to explain what was going on. I had never been to a chiropractor before but now I make it a regular thing. Dr. Johnston helped me so much and the staff are amazing as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who has back pain!

Had horrible neck pain that went down my arm. Went to orthopedic and he told me I needed surgery. Did not want to have surgery! Saw Dr Johnston and he gave me a treatment plan that worked really well. The whole bunch is awesome! Highly recommend!

Friendly staff and great doctor!

My experience with Dr.Johnston was if he told me what he really saw on my knee xray he knew he couldn't help me! It cost me a lot of money for his treatment plan, drove 30miles, twice a week for 9months and he didn't help me at all. Ended up having to have a total knee replacement! Wasted my time and money, ended up costing me a lot more money!

On my second visit Johnston offered me a treatment plan and an adjustment. When I asked what an adjustment consisted of he said, “We tie a rope around your neck, arms and legs and pull.” He then stated, “ You look uncomfortable I’m not going to treat you.” I told him I simply asked him to explain the procedure. He went on to say,” We are just quacks here.” I told him I came to him for help and I trusted that he was a skilled clinician. He then stated,” I’ve been in practice for 40 years and I’ve never been sued. Now tell me how many orthopedic surgeons have been sued.” I communicated that if he did sense a level of discomfort a clinician would explain how the benefits outweigh the risks. He then stated,”I don’t have to do it and I’m not going to do it.” I then told him the conversation was over and I left. If I could give him a negative five stars I would.
