Best exam I have ever had.
Wonderful staff and awesome doctor. Dr. Hayter diagnosed an issue that went unnoticed by five previous optometrists over the past 20 years. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, he also had a great sense of humor and wonderful bedside manner; traits hard to find in today's get-em-in-and-out medical environment.

I’ve been his patient for years. Respectful and honest. He’s a professional! My glasses seem to be expensive. One stop shop.

Staff was rude and disrespectful. They messed up my prescription and refused to take responsibility. Very disappointed. I do not recommend.

Dr. Hayter and his staff are the most welcoming and accommodating staff I have ever dealt with in an eye doctor's office! They are also a one stop shop for prescriptions and eyeglasses, frames and contacts. I have been able to see him without an appointment before and I refer all of my friends who need a new eye doctor. Rates are very reasonable and exam is very thorough. He is the best in the DFW metroplex! Debra Garcia, RN

They staff was very attentive from the start, acknowledging me as soon as I walked in, even if they were on the phone. They were able to find my insurance information easy and not a lot of complicated paperwork was necessary. In and out in less than 25 minutes for contacts screening. Dr. Hayter was very knowledgeable and patient with any questions I had about the brand of contacts.
