Poor Care & Communication
I took my 4-year-old son to Dr. Paul Draayer for a bump on his eye. While the staff was kind, Dr. Draayer was cold, dismissive, and lacked basic bedside manner. He didn’t explain the diagnosis or exam results, and prescribed eye drops without telling me what they were for or why they were needed. I had to ask multiple times for basic information, which he answered begrudgingly. His condescending tone regarding the potential for surgery was unprofessional and disrespectful, as it implied negligence on my part rather than simply stating that surgery might be necessary if the condition worsened. His dismissive attitude toward this serious concern was completely unprofessional and left me feeling insulted. I would not recommend this doctor if you're looking for compassionate, clear, and thorough care.

Eye Appointment
PM Mon Jan 10 @ healtharades.com I feel that Paul is a great eye doctor as he is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have been to his office on numerous occasions, to have routine check ups, to get fitted for different contacts, and for diagnosis and treatment of pink eye. With each visit, he answered all my questions and and treated me as a valued person not just a patient. Paul has done amazing work and helping keep my eyes healthy, and I would most certainly recommend him to anyone.

Went in because can not see out of one eye , was told to take some fish oil capsules, use OTC eyedrops and call him in a month. Sill can not see . Did not bill correctly , asked them to rebill through correct portion of insurance and it was refused. Did no show any concern about my issue and provided no help at all. See this optometrist at YOUR OWN RISK . I did and am out a lot of money and still can not see at all . No help. Will get a second opinion and start over.
