it sucked i never met Dr Crismon but the staff especially one lady was very rude and force me to buy these one glasses that I am not very happy for them she push them on me and I being told by her that they can't replace the frame and to me that isn't fair especially when I paid quite a bit of money y so they need to satisfied their customers cause they are the ones that are keeping them in business so they need to fix the frame that isn't working for me no matter how adjusted that are doing it still isn't working I can't see good out of them plus I see blurry no matter what

Excellent. The wait is usually long but they are always busy. Been coming here for years. Friendly staff. Dr answers questions and is thorough.

Went to have our whole family's eyes checked out, and glasses purchased. Although the doctor was nice, the staff was unbelievably ineffective. We ended up going to pick up our glasses three times - each time they told us they were ready, and each time when we arrived, they said they were not ready. We don't live close to this office, so this was a major pain. Had to ask for a return of our money so we could have the prescriptions filled somewhere else.
