Greatly appreciated his services
I was a patient of Dr Cook’s for 4 yrs & appreciated his expertise & patience & kind nature, especially with my unusual strabismus eye condition. Was sorry to see that he left this office. I am confused to see the 1-star review above. August 2020 was right after COVID & many businesses in Summit County still had limited hours. Their office voicemail clearly indicated that procedures had changed due to COVID. I remember delaying my appointment til 2021 for this reason & still following mask protocol at that point. I thank Dr Cook for his service & the assistance & information that he provided me over the years.
