My daughter was seeing Pattie Schwan for quite a few months, we had just gotten my daughter to the point where she was comfortable going back to talk without me. I had to reschedule another appointment and I find out my daughters case has been closed. She was heartbroken. She didn’t know what she did wrong. She said she’s never going to talk to anyone else because all they do is get personal information and then leave you. I understand policy and procedures. I also understand that you have to take each child into consideration. Especially when you’re dealing with emotional health. You would think this would be common knowledge.
