Dr. Opachich was born and raised in Jacksonville on the Westside. A graduate of Robert E. Lee H.S.. He received his AA degree from Florida Community College at Jacksonville. He is married and has 2 sons. Dr. Opachich is active in church at Oak Hill Church of the Nazarene and does volunteer work at the City Rescue Mission.
