I worked for a Chiropractor in Pembroke Pines, FL for a few years, so I’m familiar with the process and the Doctor-Patient experience. Dr. Helma is amazing! He’s got a very calming, trustworthy, hilarious personality. Great experience overall, and I can’t tell you how much better my back was after visiting him! He treats to heal you, so that you don’t need to excessively visit his office, and that’s a huge gold standard for me when considering the advice of a professional! Most chiropractors want you coming in weekly, or more than that, so they can Bill you or your insurance. Dr. Helma has you come in as needed, and fixes the problem, offering advice of stretches to do at home for the problem areas. Truly one of the best!!

I had been to many chiropractors since 1970 when I worked construction. Then I met Dr. Helma about 20 years ago and have only gone to him at Cooper City Chiropractic since. Amazing ability to get the adjustment right. Plus he gives excellent advice on exercises to avoid back problems. Do that just a few minutes a day and I hardly ever have to see him. See, he is too good of a chiropractor, I end up seeing him less thanks to excellent adjustments and exercises.
