Patrick helped my mother with her hearing needs. got her set up with a wide-x hearing aid and she's been very happy with it since. We were the only people in the wait room, so after he was done with the client in front of us, we got to go right away. He was able to diagnose her hearing loss in the first appointment, we picked out which aids we'd like and came back for a second appointment where she was given the hearing aids and set on her way. Patrick and his staff were very helpful.
